Import Instructions

CSV Format: Name, Phone, Email, Staff, Service, Notes (Name and Phone are required, Email is optional)

Excel Format: Same as CSV - must have Name and Phone columns. Email column is optional. First worksheet will be used.

Multiple Staff: Separate multiple staff members with semicolons, commas, or "and"

Examples:

• "John Doe,(555) 123-4567,heather" → Added to Heather only
• "Jane Smith,(555) 987-6543,heather; jordan" → Added to both Heather and Jordan
• "Bob Wilson,(555) 555-5555,eileen, dr-hulse and melissa" → Added to all three

SVG Format: Extract client data from text elements in SVG graphics
